Piezoelectric energy harvesters (PEHs) are a kind of harvester that generates electricity due to pressure or vibration. Vortex-induced vibration (VIV) is method utilized wind and bluff body generate the in PEH. The objective this research was study output voltage different bodies with various airflow velocities. Experimental simulation have done study. used PEH consists piezoelectric bimorph rectangular-trapezoid fin. Bluff cross-sectional areas, namely rhombus, square, triangle were set up front at distance 80 cm. air velocities 5, 7, 9 m/s tunnel cross-section 250 mm × mm. finite element explore fluid flow pattern. rhombus can an average 1.5 volts. It more generated than square triangle. A vortex formed near fluctuation its wake region. This takes place until hits leads vibrate voltage.
